All Subscribers are encouraged to participate in I.S.S.-only events, and are encouraged to help out and participate. If you wish to become a voting Member you must also contribute 10 hours of time (or equivilent hours $amount based on federal minimum wage) to the club each year. Members in good standing also gets you special privileges including a discount on membership renewals.
